This section is for both image editing resources as well as blinkies, stamps, and other graphics commonly used on sites like Neocities, Rentry, or SpaceHey. I'm including flash warnings for sites I think need them, but if I missed one you think I should warn for, let me know on Discord (galaga.net)!

Ezgif
Site that allows you to create, edit, and convert gifs, pngs, and other image formats. I personally use this one a lot (especially for GIFs, but also for converting WEBPs to PNGs or JPGs) and I've only run into issues the time I tried making a several minute long GIF. Like an idiot.
